An Algorithm for Fire

Fire is the oldest technology and still the least tidy — a chemical runaway we have never fully domesticated, only contained. An algorithm is the opposite: instruction, repeatable, indifferent to conditions.
Putting the two words together produces a genuine contradiction, which is why it's a drawing rather than a sentence. Built by hand over many hours, the form is my attempt at the procedure fire would follow if it followed one.
