Psycho Conundrum

It comes from an urban legend: during the Kobe Bryant rape trial a Lakers fan supposedly bought a billboard over the city, borrowing the rhyme the Simpson defense had already made famous — if it doesn't fit, you must acquit. A fan paying rent on a piece of sky to argue a case nobody asked him to argue.
A conundrum has an answer you can't find; a psycho conundrum is the same problem with the reasoning apparatus itself under suspicion — a city working out guilt and innocence through a basketball season and a legal catchphrase. These postcards are cheerful in format and not in content, which is the only accurate way I found to draw it.
