The title work of the three. An echo is what a slogan becomes once the moment that produced it has passed: the shape of the words survives intact, and the authority behind them does not.
The name is set in the lettering of a horror poster, which is where that particular afterlife is most visible. Drawn slowly, so the dead phrase gets an unreasonable amount of care.
