A slogan reduced to the only instruction still credible. Not seize, not rise — hold on, which is what you say when the program has run out and the thing is still moving.
Drawn in the emblem style built to speak to crowds without raising its voice, at a scale that expects a wall. The bold design promises a direction; the words offer endurance instead.
Pooh again, borrowed from The Tao of Pooh, where Hoff casts him as a Taoist philosopher: the figure who holds on by not gripping. Against a slogan about endurance he is the quiet counter-argument.
